Anyone Know Anything About Gourmet Cheese?
I was recently introduced to a gourmet cheese shop, and fell in love. I have tried gureare Locatelli (not sure of the spelling of those.) Anyway, I'm addicted to cheese, but I really have no idea what to do with all cheeses I've never heard of, with names that can not pronounce . Any cheese addicts out there? What would be good for cooking, fondue, just to eat, etc? I love sharp as Locatelli cheese, soft cheeses such as brie and sweet. Thank you!
